Refund Policy

At Walker Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd, we are committed to providing reliable and professional transfer services. We understand that plans may change, and we aim to keep our refund policy fair, transparent, and easy to understand.

1. Cancellation & Refund Policy
– More than 72 hours before pickup
  → 100% refund (full amount paid)
– 24 – 72 hours before pickup
  → 50% refund
– Less than 24 hours before pickup
  → No refund

2. No-Show Policy
If the passenger does not show up at the agreed pickup time and location without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

3. Booking Modifications
– Changes to booking (date, time, location) are allowed subject to availability
– Requests must be made at least 24 hours before pickup
– Additional charges may apply

4. Delays & Missed Flights
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
– Traffic conditions
– Weather
– Flight delays or cancellations
– Incorrect information provided by the customer
Customers are advised to plan sufficient buffer time. No refunds will be issued for such cases.

5. Service Disruption (Company Side)
In rare situations where we are unable to provide the service due to:
– Vehicle breakdown
– Driver emergency
– Operational issues
We will offer:
– A replacement vehicle/service, or
– A full refund

6. Special Circumstances
In cases such as:
– Medical emergencies
– Natural disasters
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documents may be required.

7. Fuel & Diesel Price Adjusment 
Please note that fuel and diesel prices in Malaysia are reviewed and adjusted periodically (typically on a weekly basis) by the Malaysia government.
As transportation services are highly dependent on fuel costs, all quoted rates are based on the fuel price at the time of quotation.
For bookings made in advance (e.g. several weeks or months ahead), if there is a significant increase in fuel or diesel prices before the service date, we reserve the right to apply a reasonable surcharge.
As a general guideline:
If fuel/diesel prices increase by approximately 20% or more,
The transportation fare may be adjusted by approximately 15%, depending on distance and fuel consumption.
We will always inform customers in advance and keep any adjustment fair and transparent.
Our goal is to maintain a balance between stable pricing for customers and sustainable operating costs.

8. Refund Process
